in Milano @ Colonne di San Lorenzo, where I was born, historic centre. My father played the organ in the church there, a strange one, circular (see Morricone post). Every 10 August (Saint Lawrence day) there is a concert. You know, in those days there are also the falling stars.

here's a modern version of Peccinotti :)
In absence of absence of gravity... there is still water.

beautiful song
Another great song from the new album by Beady Eye.
Many photos in Milan and sporting Oasis fringe hairstyle.
"Smoke it, don't drop it right to the end, breathe in breathe out and then breathe in again" ...clearly the instructions for Cara Delevingne to smoke weed, lol
(that's why The Sun said Liam went to the bog during this one :) ...they also "found" Cara (she looked like doing it on purpose) with small sachets of white powder tumbling out of her handbag when searching for the keys... "you might as well do the white line"... she's clearly on drugs (the "new Kate Moss").
"Pretty (green) druggy" as the new album
You know Milan loves people from Holland (difficult to know why :)
AC Milan new manager soon: from Holland, Marco Van Basten or Seedorf.
organ, my father’s instrument:
he taught me to play when I was a child. But it’s difficult and if you manage to do it, you feel as if you control the whole church, a great feeling. Me at the piano am better in something as Mellon Collie by Smashing Pumpkins and Idler’s dream by Oasis (the song of Shangri-La…). And he can’t play guitar at all :P

the band born thanks to Oasis.
Together with Oasis' friends Stereophonics.
Milano City Sound 2013 @ Ippodromo San Siro (this festival is thanks to provates and has nothing to do with Milan communist mayor Pisapia, who among many mistakes, also erased many events especially about music and young people). Soon announced many more bands (for June-July): Blur, Skunk Anansie, Iggy & the Stooges, Toto, Santana, etc.
The Killers should've been in Milan last year too, but they went near Romeo & Juliet's Verona (Villafranca).
tickets from 26 January.
News about the Heineken Jammin' Festival 2013: erased... nice one, fucking mayor of my ass (as Noel Gallagher says: "him fucking communist").
As if it wasn't enough all the rest erased under his "government" (also, a square for John Lennon). Not to mention the new taxes and raised prices.

Cara Delevingne naked (models feeling alone)
new song: Flick of the finger, by Beady Eye. New album in June for my birthday.
Beady Eye not only inspired by Milan Futurism. The NSFW cover was shot by Harry Peccinotti, a photographer best known for his erotic work and for shooting the famous Milano Pirelli calendars in 1968 and 1969. His Beady Eye sleeve features a semi-naked woman – the photographer's wife – lying on her back

I'm looking for another song, I can't remember the title: it was a video with boys doing magic tricks with a ball, it was from a few years ago. It was a big hit, with tens of millions views on YouTube. If you can help me, let me know please.
I forgot Primal Scream, Some Velvet Morning feat. Kate Moss
a model living in Milano, with David Bowie's eyes (different colours).
At Berlusconi's Mondadori Multicenter (@ Duomo), we listened to Bowie's new album The Next Day, talked about it, Morgan (from Bluvertigo) played some covers (Fashion, etc.). Bluvertigo are from Monza, friends of my first girlfriend, introducing me in the Formula One (season starting this night). Those of "I'm definitely afraid of the city, afraid of Milan, life in Milan is selective, very selective"...
here (central image of Duomo, plus Venice) you can listen to a couple of new songs, Valentine's day and Where are we now
top 5:
1) the fringe hairstyle on Pucci catwalk (Cara, Lindsey, Daphne, Nastya, Sasha, Aymeline, etc. all with fringe)
2) meeting the "fashion bloggers" (... they consider it their job and wear expensive clothes... they probably prostitute themselves)
3) Ulyana Sergeenko appearing, like a crow
4) Dolce & Gabbana "religious" catwalk, one of the most amazing things ever seen
5) Melissa with nude legs under the snow

more to add soon
well of course they've already been other times. This time when Ulyana Sergeenko (from Russia) arrived (see video in the next post) for the Milano fashion week @ Roberto Cavalli, all the people went around her and she looked like a spooky figure, like a crow, because she was above everyone, as on a tree.
And as I was posting about Dracula and Smashing Pumpkins, I thought about this image:
from USA, Lindsey Wixson-Jessica Rabbit, for Emilio Pucci.
Oasis fringe hairstyle and Oasis hat :)
(from "It's getting better man!! - Milan!!" :)
Daphne Groeneveld and Cara Delevingne had it too and said "don't fuck with my fringe!" lol

no I don't mean the communists-democrats making you pay more taxes (elections days in Italy). But to the exhibition in Milano @ Triennale, until 24 March.

A few days to Milan woman fashion week (settimana della moda donna). Not only meeting celebrities, etc. (work for us paparazzi, lol) the main thing is catwalks of course, but the great majority of people have never seen them “live” in person, because you should be a journalist or someone working there.
If you want to come and see some catwalk, let me know marco@miamilan.com
It’s very exciting, because it’s something you always see on magazines and tv, it’s comparable to children for the first time entering the legendary San Siro stadium :), a big emotion really.
AC Milan Fly Emirates teamed up with EasyJet, the best low cost company.
The symbol of Milano is a woman… (Madonnina golden statue too :), protecting us from above).
It’s the best fashion week not only because it’s the world capital of fashion but also because, compared to London, Paris and New York, in Milan the weather and food are oh so much better ;)
model for Dolce & Gabbana, Magdalena Frackowiak from Poland, feels alone
Bianca Balti from near Milano, about being an Italian mamma:
“I don’t have much social life anymore”…thank God, lol
Sociability is the act for which the men warm to each other the spirit, just as, when it’s cold, you warm up each other’s body hugging each other. The more spiritual heat you have, the less you need of sociability: it therefore tends to increase when the spirit is reduced.”
(Schopenhauer)
it takes some time to understand life in Milan. It’s very selective. At first you may dislike it, but with time you appreciate it.
video about Milan and its solitude
she says things as: “Milano teaches you to be alone. An acrobat of melancholy. So true simple words. Everyone absorbed in their thoughts and the beauty of the place. Being alone becomes an art in Milano. There is you and the others: you can also meet them, but someday the noise of the people will annoy you. Then you carry your “luggage” on your own. If you accept this, Milano doesn’t “eat” you, it makes you grow. You won’t need anything anymore, without any need you’ll feel really free.. you, owner, master of your city”.
