Actually there's a woman (Moratti, conservative party as usual in Milan), and of course she's criticized by the political part against her. Probably she will be also the next mayor, as she also brought the Expo to Milan.
I candidate myself by surprise as an outsider and first I give these points to vote for me:

+ big focus on Expo 2015 in Milan, developing the city
+ focus on pollution, less cars and more public transports, towards Expo 2015 (in fact not all the people coming here are gonna have cars to go around)
+ focus on security, more police on the streets
+ focus on jobs. Milan already gives many opportunities, but often not paid enough considering that life cost in Milan is quite high (for many it's an "impossible city"), so it's necessary to do something about this
+ vote for me because I was born in Milan historic centre and I've always been living there
+ vote for me because I'm not interested in money
+ vote for me because I created the Milano Facebook network :) and nobody managed to do it in years
+ vote for me because I'm pretty sure that a simple person as me is better than so many politicians

L'anno prossimo Milano avrà le elezioni per il nuovo sindaco di Milano (durata di 5 anni).
Attualmente Milano ha una donna sindaco (la Moratti, conservatori come sempre a Milano), e naturalmente è criticata dalla parte politica a lei contraria. Probabilmente lei sarà anche il prossimo sindaco, siccome tra l'altro ha portato l'Expo a Milano.
Candido me stesso a sorpresa come outsider e innanzitutto do questi punti per votarmi:

+ focalizzazione principale sull'Expo 2015 a Milano, sviluppo della città
+ l'inquinamento, meno automobili e più trasporti pubblici (perchè tra l'altro non tutte le persone che verranno all'Expo potranno avere automobili a disposizione)
+ la sicurezza, più polizia nelle strade
+ il lavoro. Milano dà già molte possibilità, ma spesso non retribuite abbastanza sonsiderando quello che poi è il costo della vita abbastanza elevato (per molti rimane una "città impossibile"), quindi è necessario fare qualcosa in questo senso
+ votate per me perchè sono nato nel centro storico di Milano e ci ho sempre vissuto
+ votate per me perchè non sono interessato ai soldi
+ votate per me perchè ho creato il network di Milano su Facebook e nessuno ci era mai riuscito per anni
+ votate per me perchè sono proprio sicuro che una persona semplice come me sia meglio di tanti politici
