as every year in October, this is always valid and Kapuziner Platz is always open. There are 3 restaurants, "in der Stadt", "im Wald" and another one opened two years ago, "am Kanal". NO CAR ahaha 'cause we're drinking, fortunately it's close to Duomo cathedral, we can go walking.
